COVID 19 Suppor

We understand that this is a difficult time for all of our families however our Nursery School will remain open as long as it is safe to do so for staff and children. We are happy for children to attend where they meet the following criteria;

Do NOT show any COVID symptoms

  • No one in the household currently has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID 19

  • You are not self-isolating following a positive COVID test or have been traced to self-isolate

The key symptoms are:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

Please make us aware immediately if you have any of the above symptoms and we can advise you of what to do next!

LATERAL FLOW TESTS IMPORTANT UPDATE: All our staff are having rapid tests twice a week. We would like to urge all parents who are sending their children to nursery to also do this. It’s a very quick process and will help stop the spread of the virus and keep our community safe. We would be grateful for your support. To book a rapid test please use this link - Book Harrow Council Rapid Testing
