We are delighted to have received our 3rd 'Good' Ofsted report in 2019.
Again, the inspectors recognise the tireless hard work and dedication of our staff, as well as the caring and supportive ethos that makes Hillview such a rich learning environment. It is most gratifying to read that “children love coming to this happy nursery school“ where “expectations for children’s learning are high” and where “children are doing more and learning more about the world”.
We are particularly proud that “children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are fully included”, and “all the children play happily together”.

Of course, we are always looking to improve and an effective action plan is already underway to implement the next steps forward for the school.

I’m the parent to Callie Mae she attends at your nursery and I believe Callie started in October last year and I just wanted to let you know how amazing I think each and very one of the teachers and staff are they are always so friendly and welcoming always polite to the children and parents, Callie absolutely loves coming to nursery everyday and you guys really have been a rock to my family going above and beyond to helps us even when we had COVID the support we received of your staff was just amazing and I am so grateful for everything you guys have done. The social distancing and cleanliness is brilliant and the procedures you have in place are so reassuring in these difficult times. Callie loves nursery and I couldn’t recommend a better one to my friends who have children you all deserve a pay rise and a nice glass of wine and as an appreciation next Wednesday I’ll send Callie in with some chocolates.
